Sleep

Product definetly makes you feel relaxed, then you sleep. Not too much fanfare. Bang you are sleeping. I don’t feel tired when I wake up either so that’s good.

The ingredients include: Valerian, Melatonin, Serotain® (Griffonia Sinensis) (Leaf) Extract (5-HTP), Chamomile Flower, Passion Flower, L-Theanine, Lavender, GABA, and Vit B-6. Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Dicalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Stearate and Silica. I have allergies too, but mine are not affected by this product. It helps.

I like this product- no side effects for me

I had given up on finding the right sleep aid. Everything either didn’t work or made me groggy all day. I in truth like Somnatrol because it didn’t have any side effect on me, as a matter of fact, I only take it when I actually need to get to sleep early. I am a night owl..I go to school AND work a late shift on weekends so it’s hard for me to stay on a good sleep schedule, peculiarly when I have disturb falling asleep.
